Location map doesn't load, category maps do

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

Hi. I have a strange problem here. My location page which shows all locations and such does not load, but individual ones do.
I did notice the theme was the culprit, but I can’t change that, and would love to know if you knew any workaround.

If you see “Plazas” or Tiendas, they both have working maps, except the link I sent.

like i asked in the wp support forum, would you please provide wp admin credentials and explain how the theme is preventing the maps from working correctly?

ok i can see the problem is that the search parameter that has no value but has a placeholder of “Title” is being sent for some reason.

If you can pass FTP i can dig deeper

FYI you have a plugin “logocarousel” that is trying to check for updates on every page load, it is failing and slowing down page load, i would disable the plugin or update it or at least disable the update call.

Last question, the multilocation button on the main menu is not showing anymore, but it’s active. Any idea why is that? Thanks and sorry for the trouble.

You have not added a menu to
GD > design > navigation > Show geodirectory navigation in selected menu locations [that resets if you change the theme].
I added the main menu for you.

Ah that is easy to answer, either my boss [email protected] bought it or my coworker [email protected] bought the extra plugins as separate. Sorry for the confusion.

Just FYI, the email used on Theme Tailors to purchase is : [email protected]

If you create a user here on wpgeodirectory.com with that email and sync it with the themetailors.com account, you’ll get the “TT Buyer” status and will unlock the forums for the addons purchased.

Soon we will fix the autoupdate too for TT user and it will be done through wpgeodirectory.com so it is highly suggested.
