    Here is the reply I’m receiving when I attempt to update the theme for geodirectory_framework

    Hi Paolo,

    That was a developer that we hired to help us create our landing page.

    Please explain how I can deactivate the license and then activate it again if it’s on their website?

    [In your own website] Go to appearance >> Theme License and deactivate it.

    Copy it again and re-activate it.

    I just started having a look at this but now the site seems gone, all i can get anywhere is “403 Forbidden ”

    Hi Stifan,

    I’m currently doing a backup restore from Sunday’s backup. This could possibly be the reason.

    It may need another 30 minutes or so to complete.

    It’s finished restoring now Stiofan. Now I still need to update these files without losing the landing page. How to do this?

    Hi Robert,

    It looks like you have made changes to the main theme (or maybe just additions) for example yout landing page template is in the main theme as landing.php, this should be in the child theme. Is that the only change or are there more?

    I would move all changes to the child theme first or they will be lost.
