State field missing in preview?

The ‘state’ field appears to be missing in the preview listing screen.

Three attachments, step 1 through 3, I hope they post properly.

Step 1: Creating a listing.

Step 2: Pre-viewing that listing.

Step 3: Listing after published.

Plugin Version: 1.6.5 & Location Manager 1.4.9

Am I missing something?

I can see this is common to all our demos too.

I asked to developers to let us know if it was a choice or an oversight.

For some reason some of the code was commented out, i am doing some work on custom fields over the next few days and i have added a task to make this the same as the main page. I will keep u updated here.
