Possible bug in Email Notifications template edit

Hi,

1- It appears that whenever we save or edit the default messages it loses the <p> and </p> tags and as a result the message is distorted.

2- The email notifications although is built as html it does not have the full html code (such as <body> tag) It causes the delivarability issues with SpamAssassin. See below:

1.7 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts
1.1 HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG HTML-only message, but there is no HTML tag

Hi fws2016,

Could you please share your WP admin login credential? Meanwhile, I’ll try to answer your questions accordingly.

1) this looks like a conflict with a plugin. Could you try deactivating all non-GD plugins and see if it fixes the issue there?

2) I’ll forward this to a developer for a second opinion.
