Listing Images not showing in preview

    Hi,
    When I add a new listing or event including uploading an image, the image does not display in the listing preview. Once I publish the listing the image will display. Please help… users of my website need to be able to see correct previews. Thanks.

    Hi,

    you updated the core plugin ,but not the add-ons. Can you please update them all before we proceed?

    In addition, W3 total cache is not fully compatible, can you please empty its cache and deactivate it to test if it’s causing this problem?

    I’ve been trying to update all the plugins and I’m getting this error:
    “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

    I have all the license keys in already.

    I will try deactivating the cache plugin.

    Hi,

    all you licenses are activated for this URL only: yoursite.com/gd-site/

    Probably it was the staging website.

    Please deactivate them and activate them for the new URL too.

    Ah, thank you! I fixed that and updated the plugins. It looks like I’m still having the original issue, though.
