Geodirectory differed content loading

Hi,

Am using geodirectory framework theme. In the property list detail page, both images and texts load (tabs) very slowly. When I use Adventurous theme the loading performance will improve. It is important to first load text before images else visitor could walk out quickly out of page. And really need to reduce http requests in detail pages.

This might be bcoz of loading all the scripts before any text.

So please let me know how can I achieve this? First text need to be loaded and rest..

And also in the widgets whole image will be shown instead of thumbnail. Please let this be replaced with thumbnails. I had mentioned this earlier too.
