    http://www.stjohnsworthington.org/add-listing

Page loads slowly, then when the form appears, the page finishes loading and resolves to an unstyled page with no form.

    Hi Alice,

I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Hi,

the website is indeed very slow and the only way to fix that would be to move to a better server plan.

I think the problem of reloading the add listing page is due to GeoLocation being triggered automatically and failing, but I can’t confirm that as the credentials provided don’t give me access to wp-admin.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Yes, the credentials do — we moved the backend for security, and it’s located at stjohnsworthington.org/editsite

The credentials will work there. Thanks for looking at it!

I tried the credentials too and although they let you login, I have not found a way to access the WP admin area given any of the links you gave.

I’m so sorry. Can you try again? I promoted the credentials to admin now. I didn’t realize it wasn’t.

    Hi Alice,

both the core plugin and the CPT add-on are outdated. Please add the license key that you find here for the CPT add-on in GD >> Auto Updates / Licensing and activate it.

Now you can update the core plugin 1st and 2nd the CPT add-on. You should always keep the plugin updated.

Let us know if you see any difference after the update. I suspect there could be a conflict with another plugin too.

As far as having a faster website, you should really consider a more performing server. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/

    Let us know,

    Thanks
