Cannot connect to website correctly, white pages

Will follow up with ticket I left with hosting support. Massive issue of site not loading with white/blank pages. Investigating to see what the issues could be.

So from dottydirectory.com/user shows the log in page?

Could you try clicking the link at the bottom of the page for me (in the yellow box) and creating an advert?
