Customization to Search Form/ Format Listing Page

Looking to customize the following. Support states straight forward, simple customizations.

1. User prompted for their location on landing mage.
2. Button will be placed on the homepage to open directory displaying first of custom categories.
3. When category is changed, results update with distance included automatically.
4. Any sort requests still displays distance.
5. Advanced search criteria selected compliments category & sort criteria.
6. Format listing page to theme default.
7. Hardcode (format) search/ custom categories into listing pages vs. widget.

Delete (hide) ratings, grid views, favorite options. Looking to display results by distance and price with minimal click through &/or options.

Please provided fix cost estimate.
