I am trying to follow the instruction in documentation to set up Worldpay but the instruction seems outdated.
This is what my client sent when I sent the instruction to him:
I logged in and then clicked on SETUP in the menu on the left – there is no option to click Installations in that menu. However, once you click on SETUP in the main menu, you are then given an ‘Installations’ option. The Installation ID is 7 digits, not 6: XXXXXXX
The merchant code also is a combination of letters with few numbers compared to example in the documentation.
We used the information we got above and activated Worldpay but the name is not showing in the list during checkout.
Can you please assist? Is there an updated instruction? What are we missing here?
