I created a new place and certain fields (including the title, address, website, email, and phone number) won’t save. When I published the listing those are showing as blank. However, the title did change the url and does display when I look at the list of places. Here is the listing in question: http://www.cambridgelocalfirst.org/directory/shopping/tamaryn-design/

I have tried the following solutions with no success:
-Changing the address and title to dummy info
-Cloning the listing to a new draft
-Starting from scratch and typing the info over into a new place
    -Updating geo directory
-Logging out and logging back in
-Clearing my browsing data and restarting my browser

    Hi Carrissa,

Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can test further? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Hi Clarissa,

I tried to create a new Test Place and it worked just fine. I edited its title to test 2 and that worked fine too.

I believe the problem is caused by the duplicator plugin, which is unaware of GeoDirectory custom database tables and it’s failing to duplicate the listing as it should.

Hope this helps, let us know.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo,

Thank you for your help. However, were you able to get either of the listings in question to work? I was also able to create a dummy listing when I first started the problem, it is just these two listings that seem to be having issues. So I tried just typing them over in a brand new listing, which also didn’t work.

I have no idea why these two are causing problems. Is your suggestion to disable the duplicator add-on? Because these were not original created with that plugin – it was just one of the things I tried to get it to work.

Can you provide FTP details and i will be able to debug things and try to find the root of the problem?

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
