We installed GD w/ Custom Post Type Add-On on a WordPress multisite successfully here:

    http://www.phillymag.com/dentists/

But when we created a new WP multisite and used GD to create a new Custom Post Type, the vendor listing page is giving us a Page Not Found. The GD plugins are network shared between the two multisites. Could this be what’s causing the error?

PS. This new multisite is on a private Jenkins branch. If you need to see it, I can privately give you the credential for the test account.

    Hi Ellen,

I’d like you to know that GD is compatible with multisites. Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

GD should not be activated network wide but only per site.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

It seems to work ok for me, you should try updating GD + all addons they are very out of date.

    Thanks,

Can you post a screen shot of what you see when you go to this page?

    Hi Ellen,

you are running an old version of the GeoDirectory plugin and all add-ons are out dated too.

Please make sure to update them all before posting again.

Let us know once it is done if the problem persist.

    Thank you

    Hi Ellen,

that is very strange, I suspect a server configuration problem, but i can’t be sure.

I asked to the developers to check and let us know.

It would be best if you could also provide FTP credentials in case they need them.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Without FTP my only guess would be its having problems with permalinks and the double subdomain and subdirectory install. We had one user in the pas who had permalink problems on a staging site but it worked fine on the live install.
If i change it to non pretty permalinks it works but somethings will break in that setup too.
