Place Category Descriptions for Neighborhoods

Is it possible to have a different Place Category Description for each Neighborhood?

From what I can see this is not possible, which is a big problem as it is creating duplicate content on each Category in every Neighborhood.

For example:
https://www.gojapango.com/places/tokyo/tokyo/attractions/
and
https://www.gojapango.com/places/tokyo/tokyo/chuo/attractions/

What works:
Page Titles and Listing content

What Doesn’t Work:
The on page description is identical (Category + Location Top Description).

Also there seems to be a bug with the Edit Place Category Description field as I have changed the contents of this field and saved the page. When I re-open the page the new contents have not been saved.
