Listing page support

    Hi,
    I would like to have your support for the following things:

    1. The permalinks under the main menu item Explore should always provide top level results:

    http://www.art-bc.com/places/british-columbia/communities/

    Also if user is in category single page and then select region and city from the search widget the result will be shown as below:
    http://www.art-bc.com/places/british-columbia/sidney/

    Then if we go to a category in the main menu, the page displays only the posts belong to that city name. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. How can we fix this issue? We need to display all the posts under the category when we select the category item from main menu.

    2. In the place listing page, currently the no of posts are displayed based on show posts count set at the wordpress backend. I have tried to edit the listing-listview template to add show posts count. But it’s not working. Is there any option to define show posts count in the template itself? please let me know your comments.

    I added this code to your theme functions to stop the system setting a location session as you dont seem to be using GD in this way:

    Please check it works as you require now.
