Variable pricing structure?

    What if i dont want to charge a fixed price for a certain period but rather invoice a variable amount depending on how many emails they business owners have received from the listing.
    How would i set this up? Maybe owners can sign up for “featured listings etc for 0 dollar without expiry so they can receive leads. Then at the month I create a custom package that the owner has to sign up for and charge the price depending on the amount of business delivered before?
