    I have 2 questions.
    1) Can I change the title for the Listing on the main Navigation I would rather it read something like “View Listings”

    2) Can I nest some of my listings under a new header that I can create, so for example, under the “View Listings” I could have Venues (places) and then another for Vendors where there would be a slide out that lists the type of vendors I have (Musicians, Bakers, Bars etc.). I don’t want to make Vendors a “Places Category” because I will have to forgo the detailed searches specific to each vendor type that I would like to do under each. If you look at my attachment I would like everything below Venue to be grouped into Vendor and then slide out on mouse over.
    Thank you

HEllo, you can change the text of the string, translating the .po files in the /geodirectory folder (documentation here http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/translate-core/ )
Or better, you can create a menu and use your own text/link pointing/nesting to the category/link you want, and not using the standard GD menu items (you need to disable them in Design/Navigation tab)

Thanks. I went to add the links to the menu and they are not appearing. I activated them in the advanced options and disabled the listings in GD and they are still not there. Any Ideas?

From the top, in screen options, enable “Place Categories” and your Post types (e.g. PlaceS) or you can eventually add a custom link, for example to /places if you want to add your link to the Places post type, and so on for the categories etc

Thanks! I fixed it! I swear that when I was looking at it there was no “link” option in the menu choices. I went back and they were there. Probably a PEBKAC (problem exists between keyboard and chair) problem. Sorry if I wasted your time! You guys are awesome BTW!
    Thanks!!!

Hello Amadea, to enable the GD items in the menubar , you first need to create a menu in Appareances/menu then go in Geodirectory/Design, and in the Navigation tab assign the menu to GD. From he same tab you can decide what to show and don’t show
