Not successful for the following reason REQUEST_DENIED

    Hi,

    When i go to the Geodirectory (to enter the settings panel), I get this error message.

    Hi,

    all add-ons are outdated, while the core plugin is the latest version. That’s a big no no. Everything should be kept updated all the time.

    I’m not 100% sure the 2 problems are related, but it’s better if you update everything, before we look any further.

    Hi,

    2 thing that could be related are the Google Maps API key missing and W3 Total Cache that is not compatible.

    I’d try 1st to disable all options of that plugin (before deactivating it), then delete all caches.

    At that point you can deactivate it and delete it. Make sure via FTP that all files and folders created by w3tc are gone.

    If that doesn’t fix it, I’ll ask to the developers to follow up.
