Remove ads from Paid Listings

Hi GD,

We’ve just added the Payments Manager and one feature we want to offer Paid Listings is to remove ads from their listing page. We’re using Google Adsense.

The only way we can think of to do this is to add a custom HTML field to places and add the Google Adsense code there for free listings. We can’t get this field to work with advanced HTML though – for example, even when I try to embed a Youtube Video through HTML field, if I switch between HTML ‘text editor’ and ‘visual editor’, the Youtube video shows up in the visual editor, but when I save the listing, the video doesn’t appear and the HTML code is discarded when I go back to edit the listing…

I know there’s a video field I could add for this, but I was just testing it, and had same issue adding our Adsense code..

Is there a better way to only show ads on free listings and not paid listings? Or a way to make it work through the HTML field?
