Related Listing widget

    Hi GD team,

    1. I’ve added the Related Listing widget to my Detail Sidebar (see screenshot for settings). This works fine when I view a Place as it shows the nearest related Featured Place. However when I view an Event it not only shows a the nearest related Featured Event it also shows past related Events. I’m assuming this is incorrect. Should it not show the upcoming nearest related Featured Events first and then the upcoming nearest related non Featured Events.

    2. What is the criteria for the Enable Location Filter in the GD > Related Listing widget? How does it it work out where the nearest related listing is?

    Hi Mark,

    1) This is updated and it will be reflected in next release of GD Core & Events addons. Now it will apply priority sorting that is set in widget settings and then nearest upcoming events.

    2) If you tick Enable Location Filter then it will list only those listings which are available in location of viewing listing.

    1) of course you still see the problem, he said it’s been fixed and will be available in the next release. We didn’t release the new version yet.

    2) The location of the place visited.

    We should be releasing updates at the start of the week.

    For the location it is limited to the city of the listing.
