    Hello,

I’m experimenting with the Add Listing page, and have a question.

I’ve already added CPT Post Types and Categories.

However, when I go to add a listing, I only see “Places” as an option for the type of listing. I don’t see any other Post Types or Categories. See attached.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

if you look at your URL, you’ll see that it end with ?listing_type=gd_place

That is the URL of the Places add listing form.

If you have Events installed (gd_event) or a CPT called Restaurants (gd_restaurant), you have urls like this:

    ?listing_type=gd_event
    ?listing_type=gd_restaurant

You can add links to each form via design >> navigation. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation

    Thanks

    Hi @paolo

I want the listing type/choice natively to be in the Add Listing form (like in my snap shot), not via the Nav Menu.

Is the Add Listing form capable of that?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

you can edit the add listing page and add those links manually on top of the form. By default the system doesn’t have any options to add the links within the add listings page.

    Thanks
