CHange Location Dropdown

2 things. Is it possible to make the dropdown list in mobile phone continue on scroll? I notice it stops at a certain location.

2} My drop down for change location does not scroll all the way in google chrome. Works fine in firefox and explorer. I cleared the cache…deleted and reinstalled chrome but still it won’t scroll all the way down it’s operating same as my mobile phone.
