    Hi: When I add the GD Booster plugin, I get a blank page on
    my site. All other plugins are updated, and the site works fine
    when GD Booster is not installed.

    Hi Cory,

    while during week days we guarantee a reply within 24hrs during weekends we guarantee an answer within 48hrs.

    As you can see we are always much faster.

    The problem seems to be a permission problem on your server. Make sure booster_cache folder in wp-content is writable. Change permission to minimum 755.

    If that is still not working please provide FTP credentials too.

    Hi,

    while I can access FTP via browser, I can’t seem to be able to access using a FTP client of any kind.

    One thing I’ve noticed is that you still have stuff from w3 total cache left in there.

    I’d try to remove GD Booster (i reinstalled it), than go into wp-content and remove everything that belongs to caching plugins.

    advanced-cache.php
    booster_cache (if still there)
    cache
    w3tc-config

    Than re-install GD Booster, activate and it should work.

    so i deleted W3tc-config in file manager. i lost my site. i guess, i’ll just go to an older version i have save in zip file.

    i can’t wait for the support, i can’t wait another week.

    I told you to delete this:

    advanced-cache.php
    booster_cache (if still there)
    cache
    w3tc-config

    not just w3tc-config. Did you?

    The 403 error it is giving right now seems a server problem. Try to delete the .htaccess file in the root of your server.

    If you provide Cpanel access I’ll fix this things for you.
