Can you update your GD core pluign first and then clear cache, if the problem continues just let me know.

THis was two things:
#1 an extra script needed to be added to the exclude scripts in autoptimize: quicktags.min.js
#2 you had a code snipped that was deferring all JS files, this was breaking things.
