Pins not bouncing

    Hi,

    after some time not spending time on my site (other than updating plugins) I am now going back to develop it some more – I have noticed a few glitches (I’ll post one at at time!)

    #1 – my map pins are not bouncing. I though this used to happen when in the search results I hovered over a listing name in the list. It doesn’t. Also, when I click on pinpoint it just scrolls page to top of the list.

    … just a thought – I am using openstreetmap not google maps – would this make a difference to pin bounce?

    it looks like it is a openstreetmap problem. I asked to the developers to follow up.

    We have fixed pins bouncing problem, and the fix will be available in the next release of GeoDirectory.

    Thank you Kiran,

    and what about the clicking on the ‘pinpoint’ at the right of each result in the list? Currently it just scrolls page to top of the list – will it make the pin bounce too or does it do something else? (I think the pin used to bounce when the cursor hovered over the name of the listing in the search results)?

    (ps – am I right in thinking it hasn’t been fixed on my site yet – in the past my site has been fixed when I had a development problem and the fix was later released generally?)

    Hi Adrian,

    Both bounce on hover pinpoint & click on pinpoint issues has been fixed, but it will be available in next release.
    If you want to update patch fix on your site before next release then just provide FTP details, i will fix on your site.

    Thanks guys – I was concerned that it might not be working on my site despite having been fixed. I will wait for the next release.
