able to customize My Account widget

    How can I customize the My Account widget for the sidebar? I want to make the title a hyperlink to the same page as ‘my account settings’. Is that possible to update without losing changes in updates? I’m using a child theme.

    Hi,

    you’ll need to copy the widget class, copy it within your child theme to create a new customized widget.

    This is considered a customization.

    Do you have more specific documentation on doing this? Or specific files/folders I need to move/create?
