Business Owner not showing

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,
    When business owners add a listing to my site (leapinghare.org) they are not being shown as ‘Owner Verified’ but remain there to be claimed – See attached screen shot. I can amend in back end to show as claimed but am I missing something here? Or is there a setting that may have changed in any recent updates?

    It seems users are not correctly ticking Business Owner/Associate option.

    OK – I’ll update today’s entries and keep an eye on any future listings.
