    Hi,

    please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/upload-error/#post-208219

I guess you ahve the same problem because there is an apostrophe in that file’s name.

lease try to rename the image.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I’m really sorry, I must have looked somewhere else, I saw the apostrophe and assumed that was the problem.

I did try to disable few plugin that I thought could be causing problem to image uploads, but without success. I asked to the developers to follow up.

I’m sure they’ll need FTP to debug this quickly.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi Dale,

It looks like the FTP info is just to an empty directory, can you make it relative to public_html

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Thanks for the info David, There is nothing in the error log when that happens, the only thing i discovered is any file under 145kb seems to work and any file over 145kb seems to fail, i would ask your server admin about this as i could not see any reason for this, the ajax call throws a 500 error but there is nothing in the error log.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
