adding website address on listing

Hi,
Is it possible to add a website address on a listing without adding http// ? Most people just add http://www.domainname.com and than get an error message. There should be no need to add http since this people are not used to do this. How to solve this?

Sorry, but that is not possible. Also, some people want to link to HTTPS instead of HTTP so they have that option.

ok, thanks for answering. Is there a way to have some sort of pre-filled field there with http:// already pre-filled?
I am sure I am not the only one who wants this a bit more more user friendly. (how often do you see people typing the full address with http://www.domainname.com ?

that’s not possible, I’m sorry and Guust explained why, there are also https website and they are becoming the majority.
