GD on other page (not homepage)

    Hello,

    My apologies in advance for the question as I’m sure the root of this issue is on my end. I want the GD to be on a separate page (which I have created). I followed the following to get the directory on the desired page….

    GD > permalinks > GD Home page > WP page
    Settings > Reading > front page displays > front page > select your WP page

    Once I completed this, the directory that was on my homepage dissapeared but it is not on the page I want it to be on. Any ideas on what could be going on?

    If you want the directory to start on a different page than your site’s homepage, you need to select “location” for the startpage of the directory at GD permalinks:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home

    Hi Guust,

    Appreciate the quick response! I selected location and now the directory is on the intended page but it seems to have created a copy of what is now on my homepage. How do I remove the GD info from the homepage?
