Hi Guys
My purchase details have been included below.
My site is pqrsafrica.comAs soon as i activate GD my site goes into the “white screen of death”
There are no other apps running, i have deleted all of them in order to try and identify the issue.
I have even deleted the theme. Hence there are no other programs or plugins running in the background. This started when i tried to activate my google analytics keycode. When i pressed enter everything just stopped and went into a white screen for the admin section. Please help.
I would be happy to provide login details but it will obviously not be public.

We would need FTP and WP admin access to check on this. Please post the details here using the private reply option below.
Thanks!

Please ask to your hosting supoprt if they have access to an error log.
Most of the time, when it throws the white page on activation it is due to a PHP module not installed on the server.
mbstring is the most commonly missing.
Let us know,
Thanks

Check via FTP if you find an error log on your server.
this is a WP plugin /public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-calendar-events/vendor/symfony/polyfill-mbstring
It has nothing to do with PHP module isntalled on your server. I don’t think you have enough permission to even check what is intalled and what not on the server
If the problem is a missing PHP module on the server, you’ll have to wait until they are back, because they will have to install it for you.
Thanks

widgetsJanuary 4, 2017 at 8:02 pm #336733Hi,
it shouldn’t be a folder, there should be a file called error_log. I have no idea how you server is structured.
Either you supply working FTP credentials, or you’ll have to wait until your server support is available.
Thanks
