    I have multiple license keys for multiple addons, how can I find out if I still have access to premium support?

    Hi,

    you should have a username and password of the account linked to those licenses.

    Did you buy the website from someone else?

    I just double check, even the original user of that website is no longer a member, so you must buy a new membership to access support and updates.
