Display Neighborhood in Title Bar and Page Title?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to put the Neighborhood name in the Title tag (for the title bar of the browser, and for SEO search results page snippet), and as a Title on the Main Neighborhood page like this one:

http://wheretobaby.staging.wpengine.com/location/california/san-francisco/mission/

As well as the Title tag for the listings page for the neighborhood like this one:

http://wheretobaby.staging.wpengine.com/places/california/san-francisco/mission/

Ideally, I’d like to be able to get a variable or something I could use to customize these pages. For example, on the location pages, it simply says “Popular Places” and “Popular Categories” – I’d like the ability to add the neighborhood name to these, like “Popular Places in The Mission District” or Popular Categories in The Mission District”

Also, I’m not seeing a description showing up here… am I missing a setting for any of these things? Thank you.
