Unable to change plans on some listings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello,

    We have setup a premium and a free plan for our listings. Both are now free to incentivate registrations.

    But once one listing sets up as “premium”, we lose any option to change plans (downgrade in this case). Any idea why this might be happening?
