Facebook like or share is not working

    Hi, I’m currently using AddToAny share plugin, which I understand is not your plugin, but the problem is spread across multiple social sharing plugin’s aswell as your own share/like facility built into GeoDirectory.

    Whenever I tried to share anything, it fails and cannot pull the data from the page like Twitter/Google+ can, and whenever I try to like it using the built in function is “likes” it for a second and disappears, and doesn’t reappear on that advert until I turn the function off and back on.

    Hope you can help me out to why its not working with facebook, login details to follow.

    Hi,

    Did you try to ask for support to AddToAny plugin author?

    You should try that 1st.

    If you want we can check the built in option, but we’d need correct username and password as this don’t work.

    I haven’t spoke to any of the plugin authors as it was on a broad spectrum, I had only tried them after seeing the inbuilt feature wasn’t working.

    It would be great if you could check the inbuilt, try the user and pass from above, I’ve amended now.

    Hi,

    this looks like a conflict with another plugin or script. I for example don’t see the facebook like button at all on your website.

    Did you try to disable all non GD plugins momentarily to see if the problem would stop?

    Sorry for the delay for my response.

    I’ve set up a test website and disabled everything except GD plugins, the issue was still present.

    I don’t know if this is relevant but when trying to update the only out of date plugin LayerSliderWP I get the following error.

    Updating Plugin LayerSlider WP (1/1)
    An error occurred while updating LayerSlider WP: Update package not available. GeoDirectory: Please make sure your licence keys are active GD>Auto Updates.
