    I am using Flatsome by UX Themes. I need somebody to fix my map… when you go to uncheck a category all it does is flip the categories upside down… just view the home page and see for yourself… how much to fix thes issue? 7275125414 text or respond here i suppose thank you. im looking for this to get done asap… please thanks so much.

    I have attached two pics of what i am talking about with trying to check and uncheck the categories on the map… the first is where they are all checked facing right side up… the second photo is me trying to uncheck one and then the categories just flip upside down and do no uncheck anything.

    Hi Jacob,

    just FYI, that’s probably caused by a 3rd party plugin.

    Before spending any money, I’d try to find which one is it that causes the problem (I’d point to the popup plugin 1st) and find an alternative that doesn’t break anything.

    To do so, please try to disable all non GD plugins and test again. If the problem is gone, reactivate one by one till the problem comes back.

    let us know,

    Thanks

    Please provide admin credentials in a private reply and we will have a look.

    It could be caused by a theme script too.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    the conflict is with a theme script. It uses the same class that we use for our map categories.

    .toggle

    I asked to the developers to change our to

    .geodir_toggle

    that was it’s impossible we’ll ever have a conflict with another theme or plugin.

    If you provide FTP credentials, once they fix this they will apply a patch to your website while we release a new version.

    Thanks

    Hey there… Very sorry to bother you all again…. i was checking out the map and i noticed that when i choose a different custom post type at the bottom of the map i noticed the categories dont switch over to the new categories of the post type that i am switching too… it will change over if i manually refresh the page just not automatically like it used too.
