Show in what locations? is disable on my admin pannel must i pay an addon or is it a bug and what addon i have to buy if it’s not a bug?

That should not be disabled. You probably have a conflict with another plugin.
Post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, and details of the custom field that is not working as expected, and we will have a look for you. Thanks.
