    Hi folks!

I’ve started to insert the real data on GeoDirectory and I’ve noted that there’s not city and neighborhood fields and the ZIP code is changing the format (in Brazil the format is 99999-999 to all country).

The GeoDirectory just use the default place to all places, and I need to put places in all country.

To show correctly on map, we put the coordinates by hand, but the city still the default.

    How can I solve it?

    Update.

I tried to cut off the default location putting a white space in fields and now everything stopped to work.

I’ll put the WP credentials on a private interaction.

    Hi Emanuel,

I’ve just inspected your Website and it looks like you’ve not set the “Default Location” as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/e3l1xo . Could you please correct it and see if works?

    Thanks!

    Hi Kor,

How I said on my REPLY #353908, I removed the location putting a white space and didn’t work. Then I tried to put back and didn’t work too.

But I don’t want to use default location. I need to put all locations on places and there is no fields on form.

    Hi,

you must use the default location and if you wish to submit listings in more than the default location you will need the Location Manager add-on.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    Sorry, but I didn’t understand.

I made a search on forum and found this image of a form to register places with country, region and city. My form doesn’t have any of this fields, as I show in my first post. Jump from address to zip code.

I think that my form is incomplete.

Attached the image from form and the search result.

    Thanks.

    Hi Emanuel,

Once you’ve activated the “Location Manager” addon, you can start to manage your locations in GD > Multilocation > Manage Location . Kindly, refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/

    Thanks!

You had a blank space in the Lat coordinate field.

Normally what you do is enter the city name and click on set address on map to get all other details.

    Thanks

But when I put the city, region and country and press “Set address on map” it shouldn’t search and return de lat and long?

    Thanks for your attention.
