My website them not updating

Hi,
I just found out that whenever i try to update my website theme content and my data the update won’t take effect. For example i deleted the dummy data which i uploaded using the plugin but to my surprise the effect didn’t take place because i tried to launch the site using another browser and discovered it was not deleted. secondly i tried to change the menu color but the effect didn’t take place as well. please i need urgent response on this problems (i’m using supreme theme also my url is jomslist.com).

Make sure you clear any caching.
Use CTRL + F% to reload pages, turn off or clear any caching plugin you have on your site.
If you are on a managed WP server package at some hosts your site will also be cached and you might not be able to clear the cache, https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp
