Register page issue

Hello everyone

I’m having some kind of trouble when trying to register a new user. Once I click the “register now” button, it doesn’t redirects me anywhere, leaving me in a white page. In spite of that, sometimes it gets the register done and I can log with the new user.

I’m pretty new at this and any kind of help/info would be appreciated.
