Event date registration error

    Hi Guys,

    I am getting an error when I try to add or update an event.
    The date does not register properly and I am getting a php error message.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method DateTime::createFromFormat() in /home/xxxxx/www/wp-content/plugins/geodir_event_manager/gdevents_functions.php on line 156

    How to fix that?
