Add Media button missing – front end

    On the front end, when a logged in user goes to add an event (or a place listing), the editor is missing the Add Media button to insert images into the listing description. (see attached image)

    No setting seems to affect this, and the Add Media button is there in other front end forms. (see the other attached image)

    Firebug/Developer tools shows no script conflicts, and disabling other plugins has no effect.

    Is there some setting I can edit to get this button to show up?
