Map not showing on detail listing page

I need help with the following issues:

1.- The map on the top-left column box is not showing after Whoop update
2.- Is there a way to add a “Get directions” button that links to Google Maps after capturing the business’ address location? The button should be directly below the top-left column box with map and address.
3.- How can I remove the second address information that appears immediately above “Send to Friend” and below the Category to eliminate redundant information on detailed listing?
4.- Can I add the business’ phone number on detailed listing?
