    Hi!

Im getting a black square right on my static page, not sure what I did that when Im on my laptop it looks OK(1st attach), but when I open the website on my mobile phone (2nd attach), it gets a black square background right on the static page…
I guess I changed something on the settings, not sure where.

    Any help?

    Thanks!

That is your main menu opening. Tap on the hamburger icon to close the menu.
    Thanks

Hi I checked and this is not the hambg button.

When I click in some areas of the black background is partially disappears and the search and backg images appears.

    See attach.

I also can’t recreate this, can you let us know the phone and browser used?

    Thanks,

I have checked on my Samsung s7, Samsung s5 and Samsung galaxy On5 (very similar device to your one) and they all load fine.

Only things i can think of

#1 maybe some files are failing and casuing JS error, maybe try loading over WIFI and then normal 3/4G signal to see if it solves.

#2 Maybe there is some broken cache, try clearing browser cache

#3 Try another browser, this will tell you if its a browser problem or a phone problem.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
