Rating and Comments not showing in Detail Page

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    Rating and Comments are showing correctly in List pages, for example:

    https://inforoses.com/negocis/roses/restaurant/

    But are not showing in Detail pages neither in its right sidebar, for example:

    https://inforoses.com/negocis/spain/catalunya/roses/restaurant/bar-castanyer/

    Jetpack comments are disabled.

    Checkbox Disable Rating section on right sidebar of detail page is unchecked.

    I tested enabling and disabling theme setting to allow comments on posts. Still no Rating and Comments in Detail pages.

    I tested with Facebook Comments plugin activated and deactivated. Still no Rating and Comments in Detail pages.

    Two questions:

    How can I get Rating and Comments to appear in Detail pages?

    How can I disable Rating and Comments in List pages?

    It looks like comments are closed on that listing.

    TO remove rating from listings pages you would just hide with css.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I do not understand. How Ratings / Comments are opened / closed in listings? The problem is that not a single listing (detail page) displays Ratings / Comments. Does this mean that comments are closed on all listings?

    I would appreciate very much if you could let me know the CCS to use to hide Ratings / Comments from listing pages. Unfortunately, my CCS knowledge is still close to zero.

    You most likely have to do the reverse of that.

    Try this CSS

    display: none;
}

    Comments were disabled at the Custom Post level:
    
GD > Custom Post Types > gd_place > edit > advanced mode tab > SUPPORTS > Comments

    Thank you very much!
    

    Just a couple of things:
    

    1) Althought not deactivated in the checkbox in GD > Design > Detail Page, sidebar still does not show Rating (perhaps due to the fact that nobody rated yet any post?).
    

    2) Bulk post editing to allow comments does not work. Bulk edited post become not accessible for non-logged user. I have to edit posts one by one to allow comments.
    

    Any ideas?

    You had disabled Comments at the Custom Post level again, I re-activated them.
    
The comment section is not working, probably because of Jetpack.
    
Also, GD plugins should be activated at the site level, not the network level.
    
I cannot check more because the admin account you gave is not for a super admin.
