    Hi,

    the tagline appears only if no logo is uplaoded, that’s how 99.9% of WordPress Themes work.

    For the reviews, it seems like there are other issues too like the stars not appearing with each review. I asked to the developers to have a look.

    They’ll let us know asap.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Hi Erin,

    I guess thats because you have enabled limit 1 review / user. Please try disabling that option.

    Thanks

    Hi Erin,

    Copy this file

    wp-content/themes/geodirectory_whoop/header.php

    to your child theme.

    Then uncomment these lines. line number 63, 64 and 65

    <!--      <h2 class='site-description'>-->
    <!--        --><?php //bloginfo( 'description' ); ?>
    <!--      </h2>-->

    Yep Cache cleared. I’m at a loss as to why it refuses to show. I might have to reinstall whoop as it’s definitely a theme issue, when i switch to another theme it shows.

    Erin,

    checked your child theme header.php code.

    Looks like this

    <h2 class='site-description'>
            <?php //bloginfo( 'description' ); ?>
          </h2>

    It should look like this

    <h2 class='site-description'>
            <?php bloginfo( 'description' ); ?>
          </h2>

    Thanks
