Serials/Plugins Not Working

    Hi we just resubscribed on a 4 month plan. The plugins have not udpated, and when we went to the licencing module we noticed that the serials for each plugin are different to the new serials given upon re-subscribing.
    When we clicked ‘Deactivate licence’ a message appears saying seek support (see attached screenshot)
    What do we do, and why have the serial numbers changed?

    OK I will try that, but why was I given new licences>? I had logged into the account first, then selected a 4 month membership.

    That’s not enough unfortunately. When purchasing the new subscription, you must check the option to renew the existing licenses, or proceed to renew from the link that is sent via notification email, when the old subscription expired.
