excerpt character count

    I am having trouble with the excerpt count when viewing all listings of a custom post type together.

    I see in the Popular post widget how to limit the character count of each post in a list in this widget but I don’t see how to limit the character count for each post in other situations such as if you click “view all” when on the list created by the popular post widget.

    There must be a setting that I am missing?

    Hi Victor, I think you are missing this setting:
    GD > Design > Listings tab > Description word limit
    Let us know if that fixed it.
