Hi,

I am just setting up my first place in my Geodirectory. I am trying to set a place location outside the default city, but it won’t let me. My directory is statewide rather than city based. Can I set my default location to State level? Or do I need an add-on to do get this feature? If so, which addon will work best to do this?

Hi,

the free plugin allows to submit listings in 1 city (the default location). The default location must be a city and can’t be a state. To extend your directory to multiple locations, you will need the Location Manager add-on: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
