Best way to remove rating stars and rating comments for all pages?

Hi, I am funding out that when we first add listings showing the reviews is not a good idea. People get turned off by seeing that there are now reviews.

I still want to option for people to write reviews on the detail page but I don’t want show the reviews on the front page listings and on the search page listing and on the most popular listings. No listing should should show reviews until we have a good amount of review and want to enable review back.

So, what is the best way remove the review section from the listing?
Do I just find the star sections and comments below the stars and say display none on CSS, page by page?
