Add listing – separate categories in different group

Hi, if i setup a new field for my listing (Multi Select), i could use “{optgroup}” to have the options put in different group. So, is there anyway I can do the same (or at least something similar) for listing categories which is a Taxonomy?

as you can see from the picture, my categories (i rename it as Cuisines) have more than 100 options, I was told that it would be much easier to show in group for them to choose when add listing. thank you
